Ray serves as the Senior Pastor at Fellowship. Before this role, Ray served for 31 years as Senior Pastor at Multicultural Bible Ministry in Sydney, Australia. Before attending Moore Theological College, Ray worked as a social worker specializing in marriage and family counselling. His passion for ministry has also led him to author several books, including Nothing in My Hand I Bring, God is Enough, From Here to Eternity, and the recently released Eager to Serve. Ray is deeply committed to seeing people come to Christ, grow in their faith, and mentoring fellow pastors.

Outside of ministry, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sandy, their three children, and three grandchildren. He’s an enthusiast of Middle Eastern and Thai cuisine and loves listening to podcasts like A History of Rock Music in 500 Songs.
