John oversees the day to day running of Fellowship Church. This involves strategic planning, operations and production, administration, finances and staffing. He spends a lot of time with Fellowship staff, as well as creating good systems and governance for the smooth running of the church. He enjoys the mixture in ministry of working with people and getting things done in an ordered and structured way!
John is married to Deb who is also on staff, and they have been in Dubai since 2018. They have three adult daughters in Melbourne, Australia and London, and one grandchild.
