Thank you for reaching out to us at Compass Ministry.
Due to an increased volume of requests in recent months we are not accepting new requests for care at present. This is so we can honour those currently on our waiting list and complete our training with new Caregivers. We will re-open to new requests in early September. In the meantime we suggest connecting with Fellowship in other ways, such as our Prayer Team on a Sunday or by joining a Small Group if you have not already done so.
The main way we provide one-to-one care is through our caregivers. These are dedicated volunteers who are passionate about listening to and loving people through difficult times. While some of our caregivers have various training and background in mental health care, most of our team is not professionally licensed or certified. We do prepare and train our care team in basic mental health awareness, as well as listening and compassionate care helping skills. All of our caregivers have completed our Compass caregiving training.
If you feel that you (or someone you know) are in an emergency situation, either a risk to one’s own safety or a risk to the safety of others, please go to Rashid Hospital Emergency Department (800342) near Dubai Healthcare City or any emergency room for immediate care.
Blessings, Compass Admin

I am wounded by the betrayal and the pain of my past, but I am devastated no longer; for I am chosen by God, satisfied in Christ, and protected by an older brother who will never let me go.
